1. Respect the Space Please treat the space with care and mindfulness. Clean up after yourself and leave the area as you found it.2. Shoes Off To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, please remove your shoes at the door.3. Cell Phones on Silent To maintain a focused and peaceful environment, please keep cell phones on silent or vibrate and step outside if you need to take a call.4. Mindful Noise Be mindful of your noise levels during breaks and transitions to maintain a calm atmosphere for all participants.5. Respect Each Other’s Space Please respect the personal space and boundaries of others. This workshop is a safe, inclusive space for all.
6. Keep Doors Closed Please keep all doors closed to ensure the safety of our baby cats. They tend to wander, so keeping doors shut is important for their protection.7. Break It, You Buy It Please handle items in the space with care. If you are responsible for breaking an item, you will be responsible for its replacement. We understand that accidents happen; just replace the item, or give the facilitator payment to replace item, including a reasonable replacement fee for time and effort to restock the broken item. This includes any fluids on carpets, blankets, etc., that cannot be washed, or that the cleaning of would ruin the item itself. Simply put: be mindful of your body and movements.
8. Use Common Areas Kindly stay within the designated areas for the workshop. If you need assistance with finding something, please ask.9. Bathroom Etiquette Please be mindful of others and keep the bathrooms tidy. Don’t forget to turn off lights when leaving.10. Hydration and Snacks Water will be provided, and possibly (but not necessarily, light snacks or even catered food). Please keep the area, and all areas, clean.
11. No Smoking Indoors If you need to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor area (which is the green golfing area; you can't miss it) and dispose of cigarette butts properly in a glass container and close it with a cap.
12. Be Present This workshop is an opportunity for connection and growth. Please be fully present and engage mindfully with the experience.13. Energy Flow in the Space To preserve the energetics of the space, please exit through the big room’s rear door to the outside and re-enter the house through the kitchen side door (this will be made obvious upon seeing it).
14. Come as what you are, not 'what' you do:
We often work with first responders, government officials, celebrities and people in the public sphere; however, in coming into our space you agree that you are not working in your professional capacity, in any means, shape or form (including but not limited to law enforcement) and will not disclose the names and identities of public people, celebrities or any persons. By signing this you are agreeing to Sacred Company's standard non-disclosure agreement, which will be provided to you upon request. You agree to not disclose the address or share someone else's personal experience with others. For any incidents that arise that are unforeseen, you agree to handle them through arbitration with the representing attorney at Rutan & Tucker.
15. Personal Responsibility:
By working with us or being on our property, you are answering a call for personal responsibility. At any moment, you are free to discontinue any practice, step outside, or leave—just let someone know if you are departing. We are here to hold a space of welcoming and loving awareness, but we are not accountable for the actions, intentions, or any mishaps that may occur. Your autonomy and well-being are always in your hands. 16. Be conscious of the wildlife.We have nearly 35 wild turkeys, 5 deer, 12 squirrels and hummingbirds, 2 kittens, 1 feral cat, and many others that we call friends. Please be mindful of them in the mornings and evenings.
